Error when trying to access the Data Aggregator OpenAPI Odata querybuilder UI using Internet Explorer (IE):
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to http://dahostname:8581 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
In the environment this is seen in Performance Center is configured for SSL HTTPS, the Data Aggregator is not.
All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases
The OpenAPI query builder does not currently support TLS/SSL (https), you must use http.
Example URL: http://<DA_HOSTNAME>:8581/odataquery
If you have CA Performance Center (CAPC) configured to use TLS/SSL, it will use TLS/SSL when bouncing
to CAPC to authenticate then return to http when it bounces back to the Data Aggregator (DA)
At this time the solution was not found. An alternative was identified using a different subnet that works for access to Performance Center via SSL for the user authorization portion of the Data Aggregator Odata querybuilder access.
An alternative solution, if possible, is likely use of an Edge, Chrome or Firefox browser. The issue appears rooted in the use of IE as the browser. Unfortunately no other browser is able to be installed for validation.
