Clarity Native Reporting table view not adjusting based on different screen resolution/size.

Issue/Introduction

The report table can be manually resized in Report Designer to fit the screen, but this sizing is not responsive and behaves inconsistently across different window sizes and resolutions. Users frequently need to scroll down past the visible screen area to access the horizontal scrollbar. You would like the table view to dynamically adjust to the available viewport so that the horizontal scrollbar remains accessible within the visible screen, improving usability and providing a consistent user experience across devices and display sizes.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Clarity Native Reporting.
2. Create report using table that return a lot data (i.e. more than one page worth) and scroll down to the bottom.
3. Make sure you put enough columns in the table to get a horizontal scroll.

Expected Results: The behavior should match what is in the Project grid for reporting tables

Actual Results: You need to scroll down before you start seeing horizontal scroll bar.
