Issue/Introduction

In ConnectAll SaaS environments, users may observe that the Poll Performance alarm settings are automatically reset to ON (Enabled) even after being manually disabled. This typically occurs when other modifications are made to the automation configuration.

Validation Steps:-

1. Log in to the ConnectAll SaaS portal.
2. Navigate to the Automation settings.
3. Set Poll Performance alarms to OFF.
4. Modify another setting in the automation and click Save.
5. Verify that the Poll Performance alarm setting remains OFF.

• Product: ConnectAll SaaS
• Version: All versions prior to 4.3.0

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect identified as DE209997. The automation save process was incorrectly reverting alarm settings to their default state.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please upgrade your environment to the latest version.
