Does Dollar Universe recreate .dta and .idx when any of them is missing?

Issue/Introduction

Dollar Universe node may become unavailable or fail to start after an online database reorganization process encounters an unexpected failure during the swap or copy-back phase. This typically results in missing internal data files (.dta or .idx). Does Dollar Universe automatically regenerate or recover .dta and .idx files if either is detected as missing?

Environment

Product: Dollar Universe version 7.x

Cause

Missing .dta or .idx files.

Resolution

If any of the data files are missing, they will be recreated/reinitialized during the offline reorganization. For example,the files u_fmoe60.dta and u_fmoe60.idx were missing in the exp directory. The offline reorganization detected it and reinitialized/recreated the .dta and .idx.
