Intermittent hanging in Metrics by Inventory and Predictive Insights failures found in 26.1 version.

Issue/Introduction

In 26.1 SaaS release, users may intermittently experience two separate issues shown below:

• Issue 1: Metrics by Inventory page hangs

  • Navigating to Triage > Metrics by Inventory and selecting either Device or Host inventory types causes the UI to enter a continuous loading/processing state.

  • Entity details never complete fetching and fail to display on screen.

• Issue 2: Predictive Insights fail to display predictions

  • Metrics explicitly enabled for Predictive Insights intermittently fail to generate or display prediction data.

  • Predictions do not render automatically despite the feature being active for the metric.
