Error: "Unable to connect to vCenter '####." when creating a replication

Issue/Introduction

• On-Prem to Cloud replication.
• All statuses in on-prem and in cloud for that interconnection are green.
• Task fails after 60%.
• The error is for the destination vCenter.
• On the destination replicator logs, we can see below error:
  
   INFO - [UI-#######] [https-jsse-nio-8043-exec-8] okenServiceImpl$RequestResponseProcessor : Provided credentials are not valid.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.4

Cause

There are usually two reason why this error occurs:

1. Either the SSO user's password was changed/updated since VCDA was configured.
2. There is stale cache session with the certificate which is not updated.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform a Site Repair on the Destination.
