(Grand) Totals Row Displays 0 Actuals After Updating ETC

Issue/Introduction

Assignments Totals row for Actuals in the Totals or Grand Totals column displays 0 actuals after you update the ETC.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add the Assignments module to a custom Project blueprint.
2. Assign the Blueprint to a Project that has at least an Assignment with Actuals.
3. Open the Project and navigate to the Assignments module.
4. Add the Per-Period Metrics columns: Actuals and ETC.
5. Adjust the View Options to show the Total Row.
6. Modify the ETC for an assignment with non-zero Actuals in the Totals (or Grand Totals) column.
7. You will get a 'Totals have changed' message, click Refresh.

Expected Results: Totals (or Grand Totals) displays the correct sum of Actuals.

Actual Results: Totals (or Grand Totals) Total Row displays 0 Actuals.
