API-1006 Error in View Query When Filtering With Special Characters

Issue/Introduction

An error is displayed when you click on the View Query button in a Data Provider Preview if a filter contains a special character, like '&' or '%'.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Reporting workspace.
2. Open any Data Provider (e.g.: Investments).
3. Click on the Preview tab.
4. Add at least a column in the Grid (e.g.: Investment Name).
5. Filter by a String attribute (e.g.: Investment Name): 'Contains' '&' (or '%').
6. Click on 'View Query'.

Expected Results: Query is displayed.

Actual Results: Error displayed: 'API-1006 : The value ''%' for Attribute 'inv____name' is not in expected format or is invalid.').
