AAI Alerts are Automatically Disabled After Updating AutoSys Jobstreams

Issue/Introduction

After updating properties of an AutoSys jobstream (such as unchecking the "Allow Force Start" button), users notice that monitoring alerts for that jobstream are automatically set to OFF. This requires manual intervention to re-enable alerts for every jobstream modified.

Environment

Product: Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI) Version: 24.4.1, 24.4.2 Component: Product Administration/Configuration

Cause

This behavior is due to a product defect (tracked as DE210157). 

Resolution

This defect is officially resolved in AAI Version 26.0. Users are encouraged to upgrade to this version or later to resolve the issue permanently.
