When searching for a specific Workpoint ID in the Workpoint Designer application, the ID may not appear in the list of open jobs, even though it is clearly visible in the Identity Manager User Console. This behavior typically occurs when the number of active jobs exceeds the configured limit.
Identity Manager 14.5
The workpoint-client.properties configuration file limits the number of open jobs retrieved from the Workpoint database. By default, this limit is set to 100. If your environment has more than 100 active jobs, the Designer application will fail to retrieve or display the additional IDs.
To increase the visibility of active jobs, modify the query limit in the client configuration file:
conf directory within your Identity Manager installation path.[INSTALL_DIR]\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\tools\Workpoint\conf\workpoint-client.propertiesworkpoint-client.properties file in a text editor.SQLQueryLimit.1000).Increasing this limit may slightly impact the performance of the Designer application when loading large datasets.
If the ID still does not appear after increasing the limit to 1000, verify that the user profile used to access the Designer has sufficient permissions to view the job in question.
