Issue/Introduction

You notice the SpanVA ADSync is configured and test connection is successful, but the last sync date has not been updated for a long time. The activedir_sync shows the it stuck at
main():MainThread:2006 - adsync_profile_1-Thread already running for profile: adsync_profile_1

Resolution

The AD sync service thread is stuck and service needs to be restarted here. A reboot of SpanVA will restart all the services and reset the status.
