Issue/Introduction

• When configuring a Payload Template in VCF Operations, users are unable to paste or type authentication tokens (such as API tokens, JWTs, or Bearer tokens) that exceed 250 characters into the Custom Header field.
• The UI throws a validation error stating: "The maximum length for this field is 250".

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.1.0

Cause

The Custom Headers input field within Payload Templates enforces a hard-coded input limit of 250 characters, which does not accommodate modern, long authentication tokens.

Resolution

As this is known issue and the fix for this issue is planned for a future update within the VCF 9.1 release stream.
