Content Version and Last Download Time is not listed correctly in Device Integrity Computer Status Report

Issue/Introduction

The Device Integrity Computer Status Report generated through Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) console is showing multiple dates/revision in 'Content Version' and 'Last Download Time' of different components for Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 16 clients.

On the Devices page, it is shows correctly as the latest only:

The issue is seen with the following engines as well:

Behavioral Analysis Content Version
Behavioral Analysis Last Download Time (UTC)

Intrusion Prevention Engine Version
Intrusion Prevention Content Version
Intrusion Prevention Last Download Time (UTC)

Host Integrity Engine Version
Host Integrity Content Version
Host Integrity Last Download Time (UTC)

There is no such issue with SEP 14.3.x clients in the same report.

The fix for this issue is identified and planned to be included in August 2026 refresh (Build: 3.1.1) of SES cloud console.
