Inaccessible VMs on ESXi newly added to vSAN cluster

Issue/Introduction

• VMs are inaccessible and shows path (/vmfs/volumes/vsan...) instead of friendly names on UI
  
  
• VMs are on a host newly added to the vSAN cluster.
  
  
• The vSAN cluster UUID is different with other normal VMs
  
  
• The vSAN object healch is green ( No inaccessible object)

Environment

VMware vSAN (All Versions)

Cause

There are stale VM registrations on the newly-added host.

Resolution

Remove these VM registrations from inventory.

Additional Information

If the paths of the inaccessible VMs are the same as those of healthy VMs, please refer to VMs are showing path (/vmfs/volumes/vsan...) instead of friendly names on UI.
