License Used capacity does not reflect the correct value few minutes after license assign

Issue/Introduction

After assigned license to the system, export usage file and import it from Broadcom Business Console, the usage didn't reflect the previous license opration.

Cause

It takes some time that VCF Operation reflect license operations.

Resolution

We recommend waiting at least 15 minutes to reflect the license operation to the exported usage file.
