Issue/Introduction

When upgrading the Dollar Universe Management Server (UVMS) from version 7.01.02 to 7.01.14, the maintenance logs display SQL errors despite the upgrade completing successfully. This article explains the cause of these messages and the impact on your environment.

• Product: Univiewer Management Server v7.01.x
• External Database: MSSQL or Oracle

Cause

This issue is a logging behavior triggered when the UVMS installation path contains spaces. This is tracked under defect DE192060.

Resolution

These log entries are benign. Despite the presence of these errors, the UVMS upgrade executes successfully, and the service starts and functions as expected. No manual intervention is required to address these log messages.

• Defect Status: This logging issue is targeted to be fixed in version 7.01.31.
