Default mapping section under the Additional Ticket management section is in grayed out state

Issue/Introduction

When trying to assign Default mapping for the Additional Ticket management, the drop down option is in grayed out state.

 

Resolution

To assign a default mapping for any additional Ticket Management connections, Create new Ticket Enrichment Rule and assign the rule to the name of the second connection.
Once that is done, go back to the connection to assign the new rule.
