Issue/Introduction

Generating tech-support is not supported under All Tenants mode after upgrade to 32.1.x

Generate button is not visible when you switch to All Tenants

When you switch back to admin tenant then you will be able to view the Generate button again. This issue only applies to objects that are created in tenant-context i.e. Virtualservices, Pools and any Service Engines.

Cause

This was due to a design change implemented for tech-support collection starting 32.1.x. 

Resolution

We will be adding the fix for this issue in a future maintenance release. This fix will provide the same behavior that existed before 32.1.x

Workaround: Login to the CLI, switch to the specific tenant context and then generate tech-support collection

[admin:10-x-x-x]: > switchto tenant <tenant-name>
[<tenant-name>:10-x-x-x]: > techsupport virtualservice <>

Once the tech-support collection has completed, you can download the bundle via the UI as the bundle will get correctly populated once the generation is complete.
