Running RDz and seeing the following error message in the SYSLOG when attempting to purge job output from a RDz client:

$HASP690 COMMAND REJECTED - SOURCE OF COMMAND HAS IMPROPER AUTHORITY

Resolution

Issue the following commands to authorize the user to purge jobs:

TSS PERMIT(acid) OPERCMDS(MVS.MCSOPER.JMON) ACC(ALL)
TSS PERMIT(acid) OPERCMDS(JES) ACC(ALL)
