Unable to import additional VCF Automation instance to VCF Operations following upgrade from 9.0.2 to 9.1.

Issue/Introduction

Add component in VCF Operations lifecycle is greyed out for additional VCF Automation instance.

There were two instances of VCF Automation components in the fleet lifecycle of 9.0.2 and after importing one VCF Automation instance as per KB-447155 unable to import second.

Cause

This is a known limitation in VCF Operations 9.1 that only one VCF Automation instance is supported per VCF.

Resolution

This limitation will be addressed in future VCF Operations release.

Due to existing limitations, if you have imported a VCF Automation instance that is no longer needed and would like to add a different one, you can proceed as follows:

1. Perform scripted cleanup of the not needed VCFA instance from Fleet LCM and Operations using the following KB: Failed component cleanup during VCF 9.1 installation or upgrade
2. Import other VCF Automation instance as per the tech document:
