Upgraded the model to 8.7.4 but the splash page still shows 8.7

Issue/Introduction

After performed step 7 in the CA 2E 8.7.4 installation steps for a user designing model, the model info in the CA 2E splash page still displays as version 8.7:

Environment

• CA 2E 8.7.4 upgraded from 8.7

Cause

Missing steps in the installation instructions.

Resolution

The remaining steps, step 8 and step 9, should be performed before the model splash page displays the version 8.7.4.
