Multiple OOTB Jaspersoft reports are failing

Error: Byte data not found at: repo:/ca_ppm/templates/reportStyleTemplate_ca_ppm
com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.ErrorDescriptorException: Byte data not found at: repo:/ca_ppm/templates/reportStyleTemplate_ca_ppm

Resolution

  • Back up the database first (required before any direct DB change).

  • On the database server, run:

  • DELETE FROM CMN_INSTALL_HISTORY WHERE install_id LIKE '%jasper%'

Re-run the command "admin content-jaspersoft csk import command"
