Issue/Introduction

This article provides information regarding the compatibility of ARD Studio 3.6.0.51 and ARD Hub with operating systems and database environments.

Resolution

• ARD Studio Compatibility:

  • Version: 3.6.0.51
  • Windows: Compatible with the latest Windows versions.

• ARD Hub Compatibility:

  • Linux: Compatible with the latest RedHat Linux 10.2.

• Database Support:

  • Supported Database Types: ARD Hub supports both Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) and MySQL.
  • MS SQL Versioning: Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2025 is currently under testing and documentation by the L2 engineering team.

• Database Migration Policy:

  • Broadcom does not provide migration guides or proprietary tools for moving between database types (e.g., migrating from MS SQL to another database vendor).
  • Customers wishing to migrate databases should consult their internal Database Administrator (DBA) and utilize standard MS SQL database migration tools to perform the operation.
