Events Notification Console is blank in all the reports

Issue/Introduction

All notifications in the Events Console are blank. You are using a custom HTTPD load balancer to balance load across multiple FEs.

Environment

All supported Watch4net|M&R releases

Cause

The issue is often caused by unsupported custom load balancer configurations. Specifically, using a load balancer on HTTPD can interfere with the notification console loading.

Resolution

M&R works as expected when configured with a supported architecture. To resolve this, perform the following:

1. Validate Load Balancer (LB) Configurations: Review all your custom LB-related configurations..
2. Inspect Logs: Check the error logs generated by httpd while attempting to load the notification console to identify specific blocking events.
3. Test with Standalone FE: Verify your M&R–Smarts integration by testing it directly against a single Front-End (FE) server.

If the issue persists, please check with your SE team to identify any potential environment discrepancies or unsupported configurations.
