Issue/Introduction

Datacom job fails with:

DB13018E - OPEN ERROR, RETURN CODE 76 (13) CONFLICT DBSIDPR DSN

This could apply to a DBUTLTY INIT job, or the MUF Startup.

14.0 and above

Cause

The high-level qualifier (HLQ) specified in the DSN_XXX parameter in DBSIDPR does not match the HLQ of the CXX, LXX, FXX and PXX datasets in the DBUTLTY JCL.

Resolution

A)   Check which of the two HLQs is the right one

B)   Based on the above check, perform only ONE of the below actions:

1. Change the DSN_XXX value in DBSYSID macro and reassemble/relink it to create a new DBSIDPR. For Datacom/AD you can submit member AXCUSSID in the INSTJCL PDS to reassemble the DBSIDPR module.
2. Change the HLQs for CXX,LXX,FXX and PXX in the DBUTLTY JCL to match the value of DSN_XXX in the DBSIDPR module.
