Issue/Introduction

- The SDDC Manager failed to retrieve trusted root certificates from the target vCenter, causing the pre-check to abort

"Could not retrieve trusted root certificates from vCenter"

- Steps in KB418133 not resolve the issue

Environment

VCF 9.1

Resolution

1.Close all active SDDC Manager browser tabs.

2.Clear browser cache and cookies or open an Incognito/Private window.

3.Re-authenticate with valid administrative credentials.

4.Re-run the vCenter import task.
