When integrating SAP with Clarity using ConnectALL SaaS, performing dynamic linking becomes complicated when passing the ID field to create a link. You may notice that custom properties, specifically ####.reference.fields, are required to automate the process effectively.

Build versions prior to 4.3.0

Cause

This issue was identified as a product defect (DE209680) related to the handling of specific reference fields during dynamic linking for SAP integrations.

Resolution

Fixed in release 4.3.0 and higher.
