AE server process logs are not visible in AWI

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to view Automation Engine (AE) server process logs in the Automation Web Interface (AWI), the logs may not display correctly or appear to be missing. This article provides information regarding a known issue identified as DE196328 where AE server process logs fail to render in the AWI.

Environment

Automic Automation Engine / AWI Version 26.0.0 and 24.4.3

Cause

This issue is identified as defect DE196328

A problem has been fixed that prevented AWI from displaying complete Automation Engine processes' log entries.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
