Modern Project Task Action > PPM Gantt 'Autoschedule and Publish' Option Causes Permanent Lock

Issue/Introduction

In the Classic Gantt (Modern project > Task module > Action > Gantt), clicking the 'Autoschedule and Publish' icon single or multiple times can intermittently cause a permanent lock on the project, preventing others from editing the project.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to any Modern project > Task module.
2. Click Action > Gantt. The Classic Gantt is accessible. Click the icon 'Autoschedule and Publish'.
3. While it is processing/spinning, click the icon again and select the option again as it is possible to do so.

Expected: Once 'Autoschedule and Publish' is selected, the icon should immediately become non-selectable (disabled), since the launched job instance has not completed and can take up to ~3 minutes to finish. The 'Publish After Autoschedule' selection and its persisted run parameter should consistently match what is shown in the job's Log instance, and should not result in a permanent, unreleased PRLOCK entry.

Actual: Each time the 'Autoschedule and Publish' icon is able to be selected, it launches the Autoschedule Investment job.
The action remains selectable and can be launched multiple times, so the job kicks off as many times as the icon is clicked, until the action eventually grays out/becomes non-selectable.

It is also possible to see the Autoschedule Investment job run parameters from the Gantt page.
It shows the 'Publish After Autoschedule' parameter as NOT set, but while reviewing the job from Reports and Jobs > Jobs > Log
the job instance shows it as selected which is a discrepancy.

This causes a permanent entry in PRLOCK, where either the user has to unlock their own project or an admin has to release it from the security.locks page.
