The vCenter credentials you use must have the Global.Licenses privilege assigned and be a member of the LicenseService.Administrators Single Sign-On group. Go to the vSphere Client to configure them and try again.
Another VCF Operations instance already provides license and vSphere Client plug-in management for this vCenter system. Only one VCF Operations instance can provide license management for a vCenter system and also register the plug-in in the vSphere Client.The vCenter credentials used for the integration do not have the Global.Licenses privilege assigned or are not a member of the LicenseService.Administrators Single Sign-On group.
