During patch installation, file su.exe cannot be replaced

Issue/Introduction

Question:  

 Installation of a System Agent patch on Windows fails  because it cannot replace file su.exe.

 How to proceed?

 

Answer: 

 1) Ensure there is no running job on the System Agent before stopping it to install the patch

 2) If process su.exe is orphaned or stuck, you can kill it from the Windows task Manager 

       ( This process is used to change user in windows )
