Error: API-1005 during Task Assignment sync in ConnectALL Clarity Adapter

Issue/Introduction

ConnectALL users attempting to sync Task Assignment information from a flat file adapter to Clarity may encounter an API-1005 error.
This document provides information on the defect associated with this error and the resolution path.

 

Symptoms

The following error message appears in the logs during the record fetch process: com.go2group.connectall.config.model.exception.ConnectAllRecordFetchException: ... API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'code' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured.

Environment

ConnectALL 4.2.x

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect (DE209464) where specific task assignment attributes are incorrectly flagged by the Clarity API, resulting in an api.invalidAttribute error.

Resolution

This defect is fixed in release 4.3.0 and higher.
