Issue/Introduction

When using Single Sign-On (SSO), the Login Message banner does not display when a user accesses Clarity after closing a previous browser tab without explicitly logging out. Even though a brand-new Clarity session is generated upon re-entry, the system bypasses displaying the required login message.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Ensure access to an SSO-enabled Clarity environment.

  1. Configure Clarity with a short session timeout (e.g., 2 minutes).
  2. Ensure all Incognito/Private browser windows are completely closed.
  3. Open a new Incognito window and log into Clarity.
  4. Open a second tab within the same Incognito window.
  5. Close the primary tab running the active Clarity session.
  6. Wait for the configured timeout duration to pass (e.g., > 2 minutes).
  7. Navigate to the Clarity URL in the remaining open tab.

Expected Results: Because this triggers a new Clarity session, the Login Message banner should be displayed to the user.

Actual Results:The user is authenticated into Clarity, but the Login Message is not displayed.
