Broadcom provides a central Compatibility Matrix tool to verify supported versions, operating systems, databases, and prerequisites for Automic Automation and related products.

Resolution

The data previously provided by the compatibility matrix is being integrated directly into the new online product documentation. You can access the tool using either of the following methods:

• Direct Link: Go to https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/intelligent-automation/automic-automation/26-0/automic-automation/Content-_Common-Welcome-Compatibility_TopLevel.html
• Via Tech Docs:
  1. Navigate to the Automic Tech doc
  2. Expand Welcome in the left selection menu. --> Select Compatibility Matrix.

What You Can Check
This allows you to find relevant information for:

• Operating Systems: Supported versions and platforms.
• Databases: Supported database types and versions.
• Java Runtime: Required and supported Java versions for various components.
• Integrations: Compatibility for RA (Rapid Automation) Solutions, PeopleSoft, and other third-party integrations.

Important: Always check the compatibility matrix before performing a system upgrade, installing containerized components, or setting up new agents to ensure all components and prerequisites are supported for your specific environment.
