Incremental Load DWH error: PLS-00172: string literal too long

Issue/Introduction

On a dataset with a large number of attributes enabled for DWH, the incremental Load DWH fails with error PLS-00172: string literal too long

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable for DWH a large number of attributes on the project object
   
   • The environment used for replicating the issue has 846 DWH enabled columns in the project object
2. Run a full Load DWH job
3. It completes successfully.
4. Run an Incremental Load DWH job

Expected Results: The Incremental load DWH job completes successfully.

Actual Results: The Load DWH job fails with PLS-00172: string literal too long error.
