Multivalued attributes cannot be selected in SCIM configuration

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to configure SCIM mappings in Identity Manager, you are unable to select multivalued attributes within the SCIM configuration screen. This limitation prevents the proper synchronization of attributes that contain multiple values.

Environment

• Product: Identity Manager
• Version: 14.5.1 CHF02

Resolution

This issue is resolved by applying hotfix HF_DE676870.zip. 

The fix requires Identity Manager 14.5.1 CHF02.

1. Request Hotfix: Open a support case with Broadcom Support to request HF_DE676870.zip.
2. Backup: Before proceeding, ensure you have a complete backup of your current configuration and database.
3. Apply Hotfix: Once you receive the file, follow the instructions provided in the readme.txt file included within the hotfix package to apply the update to 14.5.1 CHF02.
4. Verification: After the hotfix is applied, restart the Identity Manager service and navigate back to the SCIM configuration to verify that multivalued attributes are now available for selection.
