Copy Cost plan functionality giving error in MUX for required custom field.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to copy Cost Plan in MUX after making one of your attributes required in Studio observing below 2 scenarios.

Scenario 1: If marked mandatory with no default value and try creating a cost plan by Copy option in MUX - it's erroring our that the custom required field is not populated, whereas in Classic UI, it prompts for that field value which  is an expected behavior. In MUX, there is no way to configure the mandate field either. So the new cost plan can't be created. 

Scenario 2: If a cost plan is tried to be created using copy action, the expected behavior is that the MUX copies the cost plan with existing field value which required attribute has. But in that case also, it errors out that the field value is not populated, which is not expected behavior. But it creates with existing value in Classic UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Studio create required attribute on the cost plan object and API enable it.
2. Navigate to MUX->Projects and open one of your financially enabled projects with Cost Plan and create a cost plan.
3. Attempt to Copy cost plan.
4. Observe error CMN-0007: Attribute 'c_req' is required.

Expected Results: It should put required attribute on the create modal similar to how it is done for other subobject copy.

Actual Results: it is not prompting user to populate required attribute.
