Can the "End of Windows Support for DX NetOps banner in DX NetOps Spectrum" banner be disabled?

Issue/Introduction
End of Windows Support for DX NetOps banner banner displayed within the DX NetOps Spectrum OneClick console and Spectrum Control Panel.
Is there a way to disable this?
Environment
DX Netops Spectrum 25.4.10 and later
Cause
A Windows End of Support banner was introduced in 25.4.10 to bring attention to Notification ID 36212
Resolution
Currently, there is no configuration option to permanently disable or hide the "Windows End of Support" banner within the Spectrum OneClick or administration console. This banner is intended to ensure administrators are aware of the support status of hosting Spectrum components on the Microsoft Windows operating system.
