Endevor with no changes now having trouble with foot printing and ALTID working correctly.

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

There have no updates to Endevor but we are now experiencing problems in the area of footprinting  and with the alternate id (ALTID) not being switch to. 

 

Resolution:

Check to make sure that your site has not just upgraded to release 3.10 of DynaSoft from Tone Software.   If yes, I would recommend you first call Tone Software to see if a resolution is available or back off to the previous release 3.0.  

SVC screening has been added to release 3.10 and is conflicting with Endevor's screening.
