Issue/Introduction

You may see errors in the IM Server log such as Administrator MyAdmin is not authorized to perform task MyTask.

Cause

The user attempting to perform the task is either missing an Admin Role, or that Admin Role is missing the Admin Task, or that Admin Role is not enabled.

Resolution

Check the user to make sure the user has the needed Admin Roles, that the Admin Roles have the needed Admin Tasks, and that the Admin Roles are enabled.
