Is iprfx.iqual.CSIQHFS allocated as a PDS/PDSE or zFS?

Issue/Introduction

Adding maintenance, and CSIQHFS ran out of space. When reviewing, it is unclear if CSIQHFS should be allocated PDS/PDSE or zFS.

Endevor version 19

Resolution

The CSIQHFS dataset was introduced in Endevor V19.0 to store Web Services scripts, tools, and a validation utility and is delivered for FMID CSIQJ00.

The dataset is allocated and delivered as a PDS or PDSE. Despite the name ending in "HFS," it should not be allocated as a zFS file system.
