Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error while Identity Governance fails to start 

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KGL-heap-size-exceeded]

 

Environment

Vapp Identity Governance 14.5.1 CHF2

Cause

Oracle database memory saturation

Resolution

Restart Oracle database and then restart Identity Governance service
