Adding Image using Image Managemant fails with "Create personality call failed. A problem has occurred on the server. Please retry or contact the service provider and provide the reference token."

Issue/Introduction

While following steps in Image Management on step to Extract Cluster Image you receive following error message 

 

Create personality call failed. A problem has occurred on the server. Please retry or contact the service provider and provide the reference token.

 

At same time warning is displayed in SDDC UI 

In example 

! 2 accounts have been disconnected. Visit Password Management page to take action MANAGE

Environment

VCF 5.x

Cause

vCenter account was disconnected from SDDC and SDDC couldn't get required information from vCenter.

Resolution

Remediate vCenter password in SDDC following steps outlined in this documentation
