What does the 'Replication - RPO violation' Health Check do?

RPO (Recovery Point Objective) violations occur when the time interval between each replicated copy of virtual machines exceeds the predefined RPO limit. The RPO is the maximum acceptable period of data loss after a disaster occurs, and it is essential to ensure business continuity and avoid data loss.

What does it mean when it is in an error state?

When the health status is in an error state, it indicates RPO violation of latest ongoing replication is detected.

How does one troubleshoot and fix the error state?

Go to the VM list in the protection group to find the latest RPO violation details.
