VMware Cloud Director Availability fails to re-pair to other sites after certificates for each appliance were updated

Issue/Introduction

After updating manager, replicator, and tunnel appliance certificates VMware Cloud Director Availability (VCDA) fails to repair. When repairing replicators the new certificate is accepted, but the SSO username and password is never entered. 

Certificate differs from the expected one.

Is returned still for the endpoints.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.3

Resolution

We must re-enter and re-save using the SSO username and password for the replication sites to fully accept the certificate.
