Update 'Linked To attribute in Roadmap Items Details Flyout'

Issue/Introduction

Unable to update the Linked To attribute from Details flyout in Roadmap Items page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In MUX > Roadmaps > Add a Roadmap Item
2. On the grid view add the 'Linked To' column if it is not present.
3. Update the 'Linked To' column > This is successful
4. Select the Roadmap Item and open the Details flyout
5. Try to update the 'Linked To' attribute

Expected Results: Linked To Attribute update is successful from the flyout

Actual results:  API call is not made and the update is not suscessful.

The Developer Tools Console throws an error:
