Issue/Introduction

• In VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Operations, you encounter the following alert:

vCenter Server Appliance issue notified

• The user account used for vCenter Server integration has been granted only specific privileges.

Cause

This issue occurs because the user account configured to connect to the vCenter Server lacks the required Monitoring Health of vCenter Services using VMware Infrastructure Health privilege.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, add the target user account to the SystemConfiguration.Administrators group.
