Pan/SQL IVP job is failing with return code of '16'

Issue/Introduction

Applied PTFs just fine, but IVP job fails with RC=16:

Easytrieve Report Generator, release 11.6

Pan/SQL 2.4C (0203)

Resolution

Please make sure that you have successfully run IJ3STGE1 and CB2ACMDL jobs from your highlevelqual.INSTALL.JCL library for CA Pan/SQL.

If there are multiple subsystems involved, then the SQLINST4 job must also be run for each additional subsystem.
