NSX Edge Node Displays Incorrect Host Location in NSX Manager UI

Issue/Introduction
VMware NSX Edge node is displaying incorrect host location information within the NSX UI. Visual verification confirms that the NSX Edge virtual machine is running on a different ESXi host than the host currently reported by the NSX Manager. No host mismatch alarm or alert has been triggered within the NSX environment.
Note: These screenshots indicate that the NSX Edge is located on a different host than what NSX is reporting

Cause
There is a synchronization or communication failure between the NSX Manager and the NSX Edge node.
Resolution
If you think you have encountered this issue, gather support bundles from the NSX Manager and NSX Edges and open a Broadcom Support case for further investigation.
workaround:
Create a new NSX Edge node.
Logically replace the impacted Edge node to force a fresh registration and synchronization of the host location data with the NSX Manager, bypassing the current desynchronization state.
