RA OEBS Agent fails to reconnect when the OEBS database was restarted

Issue/Introduction

The RA OEBS agent  fails to reconnect to JCP after  the OEBS database maintenance. 

Error message when the OEBS database is stopped:

 U02000015 Periodical job test started.

Internal Error

U00045014 Exception 'java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: "ORA-17008: Closed connection

U00003620 Routine 'com.uc4.ex.logging.LogService' forces trace because of error.

     SQL Exception

Cause

Product defect DE181899

Resolution

The issue has been fixed from RA OEBS Solution 4.4.5 though there's no ETA yet.
